He’s successfully used digital marketing to grow and retain both B2B and B2C customers around the world. This has given him powerful insights into what actually works online.
Dilendra’s undeniable strength is his ability to focus companies across the demand chain to optimally convert and retain leads generated via the digital space. He holds a BA in Business Economics from the College of Wooster (USA), and is a veteran of "Birthing of Giants," MIT’s invitation-only leadership program for top young entrepreneurs.
In a first for Sri Lanka, Dilendra was appointed by Google to be a marketing mentor for its prestigious Launchpad program, which provides intellectual and technological support to promising startups around the world.
Dinesh has seen it all. From IT outsourcing right up to state-of-the-art analytics, his 15-year career in tech marketing has been nothing short of extraordinary. An IT graduate from the Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences. Dinesh is constantly on the cutting-edge.
After successfully using digital advertising to grow businesses globally, he built ReapDigital’s Centre of Excellence into a leading online force. By driving clients in the US, UK, Australia, etc. to new levels of growth, Dinesh has helped ReapDigital become a leader in the online space.
It’s been quite a journey. After studying Hotel Management in Switzerland and the USA, then working as a waiter, event planner, customer service coordinator and production planner in 3 different countries, Eraj eventually found his true calling: advertising.
But even that wasn’t straight forward. Starting as a media planner, he subsequently switched to creative and has never looked back. A 10-year veteran of Leo Burnett, one of the world’s largest advertising agencies, Eraj has successfully executed brand building campaigns for some of the biggest advertisers in the world, including Nestle, American Express, Hilton, KFC and Gillette. In 2012, his efforts were recognised when he won a Cannes Lion at the world’s largest advertising awards show.
